Supervisory Committee

The Supervisory Committee at Utility District Credit Union (UDCU) is composed of former and retired EBMUD employees who volunteer their time to uphold UDCU’s integrity and protect member interests. The Supervisory Committee plays a critical role in protecting the financial integrity of UDCU and safeguarding member assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee internal and external audits
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and recordkeeping
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
• Verify member accounts at least every two years
• Investigate and respond to member concerns related to financial practices

The committee serves as an essential check and balance within the UDCU’s governance structure, helping to maintain trust and confidence among our members.
