Dear Valued Member,
As your Utility District Credit Union (UDCU) celebrates its 90th year anniversary we are excited to announce an update to our core system software that will allow us to expand services and provide the latest electronic banking conveniences. This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to offer the best service, a full range of products, and provide the best member experience.
The new system will provide:
Improved Online & Mobile Banking. Faster, more reliable, and with expanded features to make managing your accounts even easier.
Streamlined Services. Quicker transactions and simplified processes, both online and in-branch.
Enhanced Member Experience. A more user-friendly system to serve you better.
A New UDCU Website. A redesign featuring intuitive navigation, expanded resources, service options, and streamlined online forms.
Exciting New Features. Including the ability to request a cashiers check online, send outgoing ACH transfers (external bank transfers), and view your check images online anytime.
On Monday November 3rd UDCU branches at the Administration Building and the Adeline Maintenance Center will be closed.
As part of this transition online and mobile banking will be temporarily unavailable on Saturday November 1st through Monday November 3rd.
Your accounts will continue to be protected by our trusted security systems. We are proud of the safeguards we have always maintained, and we are excited to enhance your experience even further.
Our newly improved services will launch on Tuesday, November 4th bringing fresh features while preserving the reliability you expect.
New Online Banking Registration: Because we are moving to a new vendor, all members will need to register for online and mobile banking again once the upgrade is complete.
Step-by-step instructions will be provided to make this process quick and easy.
PLEASE DOWNLOAD YOUR E-STATEMENTS. We can provide copies by request but for your convenience, it is highly recommended to download your statements by October 31st.
Although technology upgrades sometimes result in temporary inconveniences, we will make every effort to make this transition as smooth and seamless as possible.
Thank you for your trust in UDCU. We are honored to serve you and are confident the upgrades will bring you even greater value in your financial journey and create a great start to our next 90 years!
Sincerely,
Carolyn Maughan
